|
|
During
this
study,
volumes
of
data
on
training,
diet,
and
nutrition
were
employed
to
enhance
his
own
personal
performance
bests.
Dr.
Bill
is
more
than
just
a
scientist,
he
is
a
world
class
masters
athlete
as
well.

miles
around
an
approved
PBAA
course
objective.
|
| Dr.
Bill
believes
it
is
possible
to
overcome
training
plateaus,
bonking,
or
failure
to
achieve
a
personal
best
through
natural
dietary
interventions
and
old
fashioned
hard
work
with
periodic
recovery
rest
periods.
His
passion
is
to
also
help
other
athletes
approach
or
reach
their
upper
performance
limit,
with
the
hopes
that
they
may
then
experience
going
beyond
those
limits. |
