Last Sunday, July 4th, was the
UCI-1.6 ranked Freccia dei Vini-Memorial Dottor Luigi Raffele, organized by the
Viris Vigevano cycling team and by G.S. Orga Sport. Some of the top U23 and
Elite 2 riders took off from Vigevano's beautiful Piazza Ducale for the hilly Oltrepó Pavese countryside, and the Daily
