Track - Six Days of Grenoble: Day 4 Results & GC

New fundamental change in the Overall Ranking on Sunday's session: after two days Italy's Baffi and Villa surrendered the leadership to younger Swiss contenders Aeschbach and Marvulli, who regained the top spot and are now five points clear of the former leaders.

Bad news for Robert Hunter and J.Pierre van Zyl: the South African still are the top scorers, but lost one (bonus) lap to the top two pairs and, more important, to France's Sassone and Tessier, consequently dropping to fourth overall.

As for the other english-speaking contenders, Aussie Luke Roberts, and Belgian teammate Steven Deneef, are still sitting in seventh place overall, despite losing two laps. Bad news for OZ coming from the other competitions, as Sean Eadie lost (to local rider Florian Rousseau) the top place in the scratch contest, and is last in the Keirin competition, led by Arnaud Tournant, with another Australian, Jobie Dajka, one more day behind him, and Britain's Craig Mac Lean moving up two places into fifth.
