Evelyn García wins gold at the Central American games
 
Fresh off her participation at both the Vuelta a Costa Rica and Vuelta El Salvador, Evelyn Garcia of El Salvador wins the gold medal in the individual time trial. Evelyn is a member of European based team Pasta Zara Cogeas Manhattan.

Evelyn covered the 20 kilometers route in 28:48 and was followed Costa Rican Natalia Navarro and Edith Guillen also a Costa Rican rider.
