3rd Tour de la Releve de Rimouski - Stage 1 & 2
Canadian Junior Champion Ariane Bonhomme and Guillaume Roussel are the winners of the first stage in the 3rd Tour de la Releve de Rimouski. Team CHCH winners of the boys and women's TTT.
The 68 km first stage from Lac-des-Aigles to Rimouski is won by Ariane Bonhomme (Junior/Cadet women) and Guillaume Roussel (Junior/Cadet men). The second stage in Pointe-au-Père, a 7 km TTT in the evening is won by the American CHCH team in both categories. The TTT didn't count for the individual overall classification, only for the team classification.

The girls race was animated by a break of Canadian national junior champion Ariane Bonhomme and Dafne Theroux-Izquierdo. The two broke clear halfway through the stage and quickly built up a lead of over one minute. On the climbs Theroux was clearly the strongest but Bonhomme was able to hang on and take the stage win in the sprint. 55 seconds later Audrey Labrie of the chasing group for third followed by Jenna Leonhardt and GP de Rimouski winner Erin Donohue.

The boys race on the same course and same distance ended up in a bunchsprint won by Guillaume Roussel. Pier-André Cote finished in second and Jeremie Lacasse in third.
