| Five of the ten witnesses that the USADA said had testified against Lance Armstrong have been leaked Thursday morning. According to a report from De Telegraaf Americans Christian Vande Velde (Garmin-Sharp), George Hincapie (BMC Racing Team), David Zabriskie (Garmin-Sharp), Levi Leipheimer (Omega Pharma - Quick-Step and manager of Garmin-Sharp, Jonathan Vaughters testified to the USADA that they themselves had doped during their career as well as seven time Tour de France champion, Lance Armstrong.
According to the report Leipheimer, Zabriskie, Hincapie and Vande Velde have all been given six month sentences from the USADA for admitting their usage of banned substances. It is unknown if Jonathan Vaughters will also face a sixth month ban from the U.S Anti-Doping Agency. The article also states the bans are set to begin at the end of the season so the four riders can participate in the Tour de France as well as Vuelta a Espana.
All five men are currently at the Tour de France with four of them racing in the peloton and the fifth serving as a manager for the top American WorldTour team. All men continued the Tour de France on Thursday and are allowed to continue riding the Grand Tour as of this time. It is unknown if the race organization or race officials will remove the riders later into the race or if the riders will withdraw from the race
