Tirreno-Adriatico Stage 4: Dekker wins, Floyd Landis amazes

And finally the day came for Erik Dekker to win a stage and take the lead. The Flying Dutchman, one of today's main favorites, claimed victory in Stage 4 of Tirreno-Adriatico (Rieti-Rieti, Individual Time Trial, 12.7 km.) as he beat Moldova's Ruslan Ivanov (Alessio) by the narrowest of margins: 0.12 seconds. USPS Floyd Landis took a surprising third place.

"Dekkertje" also took the overall leader's yellow and red jersey.

As for this morning's Carabinieri raids in the riders rooms, they had no serious consequences. Some substances were seized to Rebellin and Casarotto, but they riders were given back them all soon later. Seems that no irregularities, no banned or anauthorized stuff was found.
