LOOK

New for LOOK in 2008 is the 585 Optimum, a women's specific frame sporting a shorter top tube and longer head tube. With a flatened section on the top tube this is aiming to be a very comfortable racing bike.

Also new for 2008 is the 586, considered to be the sibling of the 595. Offered at the same price point as the 595, features a combination of the 585 and 595 in comfort and stiffness. What seperates it from the 595 is that it's a monocoque design, which allows for visually smoother lines than the 595. At 940 grams it is lighter than both the 595 and 585. The 586 is considered a climbers bike, very comfortable like the 585, but out of the saddle feels just like a 595.

Completely new for LOOK is it's first entry into the MTB market with the 986.

LOOK's Keo grip cleat. A cleat with a rubber bottom that will give users a more regular shoe like feeling when walking around in their cycling shoes.

ROL Wheels

ROL will be bringing a lineup into '08 that includes the Volant which has won them roadbikereview.com's Choice Award for Wheelsets 2 years in a row.

A joint project between ROL and Edge Composites on a new CX wheel called the CX38. In the final stages of testing, these should be available within a few months. Katie Compton will be riding these at the World Championships.

Cervelo

New for '08 is Cervelo's RS. Cervelo's least expensive carbon frameset yet, it has a longer headtube and seat stays. A more comfort oriented geometry, for the "older" folks on team CSC.

The RS has the same Squoval™ technology found on the R3.

Capoforma

Upland Sports Group showed off a refreshed lineup of their popular Capoforma brand for 2008.

USG is also the sole distributor of the De Marchi Sport Cycling Apparel line.

Rock & Republic

New to the peloton in '07, Rock & Rupublic will be brining the same strong and aggressive attitude to winning in '08...

As well as a complete line up of clothing for Spring of '08.

Not new to fashion, R&R will offer a more distinct choice of apparel for cyclist. Their premeire lineup should start showing up in high end shops in March of '08.
