Tour de Langkawi 2007 - Stage 10
Just in: Alberto Loddo victory, ties tour stage win record. France's Anthony
Charteau wins the final general classification of the 12th edition of the Tour
de Langkawi escorted to the finish by his Credit Agricole team mates.

Loddo won the final field sprint and stage to match the record of 5 stage wins
of Graeme Browne in the 2005 tour. Loddo won from the bunch when the 9 lap
escape group of Casar, Koji, Weigold, and Duarte. were caught by the
peloton in with 4 laps to go. Attacks launched in the final laps were chased
down to the final sprint where Loddo took the win over Trusov, Richeze in that
order.

Anthony Charteau finished well guarded throughout the race by his Credit
Agricole mates and stepped to the top step of the podium to collect his final
yellow jersey and first stage race victory and the laurels of winner of the 12th
Tour of Langkawi with Jose Serpa second at 1:02, and Walter Pedraza third
at 1:34.
