Tom Danielson and Lee's Cyclery to Host Fundraiser for Colorado Junior Cycling Development and Cycling Advocacy in Fort Collins, Colorado, November 9th. Ride with Tom!

Tom Danielson of the Discovery Channel Professional Cycling Team and Lee's Cyclery will hold a benefit to raise money for junior cycling development programs in Colorado. Tom will discuss various topics with Dave Towle - the voice of North American racing. An audience Q&A will give attendees a chance to ask Tom questions. Following the presentation, Tom will autograph items for all attendees. In addition, anyone who donates $25 receives 10% off anything in the store in November.

"Junior programs are essential to finding and growing the best talents in the sport," said Danielson, "I certainly benefited from these programs and it's great to be able to give back a little and contribute."

The event will take place Thursday, November 9th, 2006 at Lee's Cyclery's south store location, 931 E. Harmony Road, Fort Collins, Colorado. Doors open at 6pm. Food and beverages, social, and silent auction will be from 6pm to 7pm. The program will begin at 7pm and last approximately one hour.

Tom to lead a group ride the following Saturday in Fort Collins.
The group ride with Tom will take place Saturday, November 11th at 10:30am Fort Collins. The ride is limited to 30 participants. A donation of $100 is required. Each rider will have a picture taken with Tom during the ride which will be professionally printed and mailed to each participant. The ride will be approximately 35 miles long in the foothills west of Fort Collins with a fair amount of hills. Lee's Cyclery will provide mechanical and sag support.
